This type of license regulates operators of gaming activities based on betting of a live event. i.e.: fixed odds betting licenses.
Class 3 eGaming Licence
Commission based licence
Regulates egaming activities where the operator brings players together and takes a share of the stake. Examples of activities falling under this license would be poker players, pool bingos and betting exchanges.
Class 4 eGaming Licence
Hosting platform based
These are licenses for the provision of a platform to be offered to other licensees who will hold any other one of the 3 Classes of licenses. Such operators cannot participate in the gaming risk and work only on a commission basis.
