Our firm offers the possibility to our clients to act as company director through one of our related companies. According to Maltese company law, all directors of a company and are jointly and severally liable to all acts of the company.

In certain circumstances it might be benefecial to clients to have a corporate director based in Malta who will be easily available to sign documents and administer the general day to day activities of the firm.

Having a corporate director further helps in the anonymity of the benefical owners.

Every company under the Maltese Company's Act has to have a company secretary. This has to be a physical person and cannot be a body corporate. The company secretary is responsible to ensure the compliance of all statutory and legal documents that a company has to sign with the respective authorities in order to ensure that all compliance issues are met.
